Approvals page needs a UX revamp

Current approvals page has many issues like
- Sorting not working
- Very difficult to filter. Example: finding the approved requests and the ones that're pending for my approval, etc. Some1 actually needs to know what filters to use to arrive at a satisfactory result
- Mobile responsiveness is another issue
This seriously needs a revamp

This is actually need of the hour, adding to this:
- Approver should be able to search multiple users at a time using comma separated values.
- User should be able to search by request from & to dates.
- Request should open in same tab and once action is completed, user should be redirected to listing page with same filters.
- All listing pages should have its unique filters.
- Columns in the listing page should be configurable from from end.
User manager configuration issues:
- Admin should be able to filter employees based on all possible profile fields.
- User should be able to search with multiple values and multiple fields.
