Currently, when an employee uploads an attachment in PDF format, the approver can click on the attachment and the document opens directly in a new browser tab for review.

However, when an employee uploads an attachment in PNG/JPEG (image) format, clicking on the attachment directly downloads the file instead of opening it in a new browser tab.

This creates an additional effort for the approver, as they have to download the attachment first and then open it separately to check and verify the document.
