Like in below screenshot, Ideally we should allow the approver/admin to configure and add the fields in the list view by himself...we can save this configuration basis the selected filters too and provide a much better personalized experience to the approvers

Instead of tabulator here we need a setting button what I want to see or which column I want to see.
