The Current acknowledgement plugin when configured, it comes with an additional features like comment box.

The Comment box is not at right to have on a policy / Acknowledgement. These comments are public and are visible to all the users within the orgnaisation

There should be a configuration to hide comment box from acknowledgement and by default it should be hidden
