Right now, HR SPOC access works by default in the HRM module. But now, we want the same functionality in the PMS module as well.

Whoever is mapped as an HR SPOC in an employee's profile should only have visibility rights for their respective entity. If there are any actions to be taken, they should have the necessary rights for those actions—but only for their assigned entity.

The same rule should apply for exporting reports. They should only be able to export data related to their own entity. This setup should consider all relevant aspects to ensure proper access control.
