A customer upload 1000 letters and then realized that 200 needs to be replaced...he tries the utility, but the system creates another document and does not replace the existing document with same name. Unfortunately, this needs dev effort where we need to manually go and update using SQL query and then ask customer to upload again. We need an option of Replace Existing letter with same name option in this form which will be by default not selected and if selected, the system should replace the letters.
