As of now for SMS directly API of sms.convergenceservices.in is called, but whenever that is down or does not work, we do not have any backup available. We should signup with someone like twilio and keep that as backup, wherein we will switch to their service in such cases...also, instead of directly configuring sms.concergenceservices.in ka endpoint, we should put the endpoint on uknowva.com/api/sendSMS and switch the traffic from there
