The system should allow rejection of individual line items in Non CTC reimbursement request rather than to reject the entire request

Eg: If I put a reimbursement request with 5 line items (Item A,B,C,D and E). My manager does not agree with the reimbursement entry of Item B. He should be able to reject only Item B and not the entire request. System should allow him to approve the other entries and reject this one entry
