The client has requested that only reporting managers should be able to view the birthdays and work anniversaries of their reportees in the intranet widget of birthday's & work anniversaries. Normal employees should not be able to see this information for any other users. Only the reporting managers will have access to view these details for their reportees, and no other visibility will be provided.
