If more than one employee is included in the workflow, then as per the current architecture, any one of them can approve the request. However, from another perspective, if someone needs to review data from six months ago for audit purposes, the request can be traced to the person who approved it. At the same time, an auditor may request the data from any individual involved in the workflow.
