This Happened on elevate, where the logo was updated from theme manager, but the updated logo was not reflecting on DIY settings page. They both should be in complete sync. Also, for each save there are multiple files created in the logo folder, we need to fix this as it is using unnecessary space on the server

#__template_styles is by default added to watchdog list, but any change in it from Theme manage is not being recorded in the watchdog, this needs to be checked.

In the Reporting Tool and Employee Profile, whenever a new field is added, we have to re-execute it from the Reporting Tool, which disturbs all the views. Recently, I recalculated the reporting table and triggers, and all the views got disrupted.

In helpdesk after the closure of ticket, staff id save as 0 while to was assign before someone. Topic ID not maintain while raising a ticket. Sender and Receiver should notify via mail or Notification while new ticket will assign. Ticket maker timezone is not IST. Trail mail should not raised a new ticket.
