Sometimes the menu ordering gets screwed up after installing an extension

PFA, this seems to be an issue with mod_menu or JMenu class, please investigate and fix it from the core

Resignation emails are sent to Ex-employees too

Check attached image...The resignation emails are sent to an ex-employee too...we should check if the user is active and then only add them to the list. One more issue is that I get the same email almost 5 times...that means for every user all other users are again CCed

Do not allow core field names to be added as field name in profile fields manager

check attached image, system allowed the user to create the field with name as Email, which should not be allowed...All core fields like Name, Email, Username, Designation should not be allowed to be created as additional profile field. Please check and fix

Duplicate login to be restricted from Mobile broswer

We have a plugin that restricts a user's login if he/she is already logged in another device. Although this works perfectly for our mobile app, this restriction fails when it comes to the mobile browser. A user who is logged in to the app, is able to login to someone else's ID through his/her mobile's web browser. We need to build a solution to fix this

Google maps of team location in daily attendance report never works for first time

The first time, it never shows up the maps, it gives attached error in console, the next load loads the map though

One Tasnim Portal-From the Admin login, on the Other Leave Approval page, we need to assign the same user as both the Level 4 and Level 5 approver using the Delegation option. However, this functionality is not working as expected.

For example, if the Level 4 approver (User ID: 110952) is on leave, the approval requests can be delegated to the Level 5 approver (User ID: 117316) using the Delegation option. If you require any assistance, please feel free to connect with us.

If the "Show Balance" setting is set to No, the leave balance should not be visible to any user, including Admin users. Currently, even when the setting is disabled, the leave balance is still displayed on the Leave Apply page for Admin users, even when they are logged in and accessing the system as a normal user. The expectation is that when Show Balance is No, the leave balance should be hidden for all users.
