Add nl2br to textarea type of fields in worklow engine
In case of a workflow built using drag and drop form, please use nl2br so that it looks proper on display on the approval page

Helpdesk Queries
In helpdesk after the closure of ticket, staff id save as 0 while to was assign before someone. Topic ID not maintain while raising a ticket. Sender and Receiver should notify via mail or Notification while new ticket will assign. Ticket maker timezone is not IST. Trail mail should not raised a new ticket.

Check attached image, In the JSON feed does not have any data, then we should show 0 instead of Object Object

While generating letters in bulk, there should be a loader on screen. Currently there isn't
If there are multiple letters being generated, the screen just freezes for a while and then eventually we get a success message that the letters are generated
