Able to change the details in offer letter after approval

Currently, once an Offer Letter has gone through the approval process and is approved, any subsequent changes (e.g., DOJ, Department, etc.) trigger the entire approval workflow again. Request to have a feature where, once an Offer Letter has been approved, such changes can be incorporated directly without requiring a fresh round of approval.

Candidate source reflecting as Job portal instead of recruitment agency name

This is very common where Recruitment consultants are uploading CVs from Vendor portal. If their session is expired while uploading the CV, the system considers the CV ka source as job-portal instead. This can be easily resolved by putting source in a cookie once and ensuring we read the source from there so that even the session is timed out, the system still recognizes the source correctly. Other solution is to ensure we setup something like a keepAlive Ajax which keeps refreshing the session of the vendor regularly and never logs them out from the portal

When someone refers a candidate and they are able to see the complete profile including comments by recruiter which should not happen, neither those comments should go the the referrer via email

Anyone can upload documents in payslips folder by default

A normal employee can also upload documents in the monthly payslips folders. This usually leads to unnecessary confusion amongst HR and employees. It should not be allowed. When we're programmatically creating the folder, we should make upload access only to admin/payroll admin as per the current config...p

PFA, this seems to be an issue with mod_menu or JMenu class, please investigate and fix it from the core

Resignation emails are sent to Ex-employees too

Check attached image...The resignation emails are sent to an ex-employee too...we should check if the user is active and then only add them to the list. One more issue is that I get the same email almost 5 times...that means for every user all other users are again CCed
