Training and Contract extension module should be managed through workflows

Currently, trainee to probation does not work in our system. It should follow similar evaluation process as Probation to Confirmation. Additionally, there is no feature to create evaluation forms for Contract extension. This feature is required as clients follow an evaluation process for Contractual employees

List pending users of com_pft needs - the menu should be put under profile or HR on left side instead

Currently this is enabled only when we have a maker checker kind of concept of approving users for emp code generation...but the placement of menu is not in correct place i believe....please move to left menu

Status validation on offer letter and candidate import process

If we have only 4 offer status in configuration say Released, Accepted, Denied, Onboarded and we import any offer with status as Rejected by Candidate, then too system is accepting the import. We need to put this check while importing offers as well as applicants. This issue happened on ATNM recruitement site, post which we corrected the data to ensure the dashboards give correct data

Workflow Engine: Drag and Drop : HTML Text Editor

A text editor with formatting capabilities is highly beneficial, as many clients require this feature. It allows users to apply formatting such as bold, italics, lists, and other styling options, improving document readability and presentation. Also there will be Two separate field where formatted Text and plain text will be there so both field store and we can share via API as per required formated or Plain text.

Leave encashment report

Need leave encashment report by default in all instances. Currently we have to go to workflow approvals and then filter out encachment requests and then approve. We need this in reports section by default

Search Menu

If we search for a menu like "Performance," only that menu is displayed, and the "KRA" menu is not shown. So, if we search for "Performance" or "KRA," their related menus should be displayed.

Change the email content of Probation approval email

This confirmation email actually seems like a confirmation email for Shubham instead of Shailendra. Can we please make below changes: Remove photo of Reporting manager Correct the link of the Employee and manager's profile, it takes me nowhere at the moment Put photograph of Employee Change the subject line to: Approval required for Probation Confirmation of Shailendra Sisodia
