We have been getting multiple concerns with regards to leave balance deduction when applied for previous calendar year. The current state of process works in a way that whenever user applies for a leave for previous calendar cycle, the leave balance gets deducted from new/ current calendar cycle We will have to set a process where the leave balance should get deducted from previous balance only. As we will have to take this up because these kind of requests will come again from client for calendar cycle starting April

There are many repeated and redundant images in Theme manager - image picker option, we should remove the not required images from installer

When a probation-to-confirmation request is submitted for approval, the pending list displays the manager's name. Instead, it should display the user's name.

In the 'Who Can See' dropdown for photos, videos, and events, kindly add a multiselect option for user groups.

Filters needs to be added in the optional holiday request page, so that the client can filter out the columns they need to see.

If the admin is switch there login to the employee then the list (Example:-Set KRA for Team) will show only user reports to that admin not all user list currently system showing all employee list when admin user login as employee also.

The KRA tab under 360 degree profile page does not get updated . Because this KRA tab is linked to Designation master. As Most of the organization allow users to setup their own KRA or Managers set the KRA for their TEAM, the use of KRA with designation Master is limited or equal to none. The KRA Tab in the profile should sync with the Existing KRA that is been set in PMS module OR IF KRA is not set in PMS then pick it up from designation Master Note : THE KRA should get updated as the KRA keeps getting Updated Every year.
