PMS Module
Whenever a manager receives an employee's KRA, they have the option to either accept it or recommend changes. If the manager edits the KRA and sends it back to the employee, the edits made by the manager should be clearly highlighted so the employee can easily see what has been changed. This should work vica versa.

Validation need to remove at the time of declaration (80C)
The system should allow users to declare more than ₹1,50,000 under Section 80C; however, for tax exemption purposes, the system will consider a maximum limit of ₹1,50,000 only, as per the applicable income tax rules.

HR Spoc Functionality for PMS
Right now, HR SPOC access works by default in the HRM module. But now, we want the same functionality in the PMS module as well. Whoever is mapped as an HR SPOC in an employee's profile should only have visibility rights for their respective entity. If there are any actions to be taken, they should have the necessary rights for those actions—but only for their assigned entity. The same rule should apply for exporting reports. They should only be able to export data related to their own entity. This setup should consider all relevant aspects to ensure proper access control.

Show unique records only on team members on leave module
Check attached screenshot, if users apply for 2 half day leaves, then system shows user 2 times on the Team member on leaves widget...please fix this

Facial Recognition Based Attendance Capturing
There is a need of Attendance / Punchin Via Facial recognition mechanism. To eliminate facial recognition based biometric and mark attendance based in user authenticity , many companies ask for picture before Punchin. Recently there came one client who wanted to have 2000 users onboarded on our system but they wanted to Capture the punchin via camera of the mobile to ensure its the same person whose credentials are been used to login. The scenarion for client works in below manner : 1 tablet Given to 20 or 30 Set of users. Users are forced to use thier tablet's Camera. Now these users do field visit at different areas across maharashtra . While punch in , we need to validate using facial recognition while punchin . So the face will be tagged to that user account and punch will be validated. Now this use case can eliminate physical Facial recognition based machines .
