Exclude Week-Offs from Attendance Regularization Threshold

Currently, the attendance regularization threshold includes week-offs in the total count, which prevents users from regularizing their attendance for actual working days once the threshold is reached. Since week-offs are non-working days, they should not be considered in the threshold calculation.
